CARPET
If you are not satisfied with your new carpet within 60 days after installation by a Floors To Go installer, we will change it!* These guidelines apply:
- Improper installation, damage and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
- Replacement flooring must be the same flooring product from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is carpet, it must be replaced with carpet.
- Replacement flooring must be first quality and of equal or higher value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
- A 60 day satisfaction claim may not be filed after any other claims have been filed.
- The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.
- Replacement quantity must equal the original quantity purchased.
- The original product purchased as well as replacement, must be installed by an Floors To Go installer.
- This guarantee may only be used one time.
- This guarantee may only be used by the original purchaser.
- Original and replacement purchase must be for residential use only. Commercial use is exempt from this guarantee.
- This guarantee covers carpet products only from participating manufacturers. See store for details.
- This guarantee does no include installation or freight which must be paid by the consumer.

HARD SURFACE
If you are unhappy with your new hard surface flooring within 60 days after installation by a Floors To Go installer, we will replace it for FREE, INCLUDING LABOR!** These guidelines apply:
- Improper installation, damage and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
- Replacement flooring must be the same flooring product from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is a vinyl product, it must be replaced with another vinyl product from the same manufacturer.
- Replacement flooring must be first quality and of equal or higher value, from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
- A 60 day satisfaction claim may not be filed after any other claims have been filed.
